Role Purpose

• Reconciliations

Key accountabilities

• Accounting of financial transactions as per Colt’s policies and procedures


• Ensure Statutory Compliance and filings


• Timeliness and accuracy of reconciliations


• Timeliness and accuracy of reports


• Timeliness and accuracy of other deliverables

Relationships and key contacts

• Different teams within DCS and India SSC e.g. Business , Procurement , Taxation, Intercompany, Billing, IT, Accounts Payable, Finance etc.

• Finance teams based in Europe

Role specific requirements

Skills & Experience

Essential

Relevant financial experience in an international and/or complex environment, with a proven broad knowledge of financial practices and procedures

Direct track record and experience in role purpose and accountabilities

• Good Accounting & Taxation knowledge


• Understanding of Financial Statements.


• Handling Audits (Internal / Statutory)


• Subject Matter Expert in relevant Functional Area


• Exposure to ERP Systems (preferably SAP)

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with minimum 3-4 years of work experience
