Job Description

As an L&D Specialist at Colt, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of developmental & engagement sessions to employees based in India locations, specifically Gurgaon & Bangalore, in collaboration with the Head of Talent, Performance & Early Careers. You will also be responsible for delivering global programs to India based managers and employees, working closely with L&D consultants in the team. Your role will involve being a key partner to senior stakeholders in India, guiding and advising them on interventions that can lead towards required behavioral change, growth strategies, and cultural changes in Colt to enable the achievement of Colt's strategic objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in the design, evaluation, and delivery of engagement sessions, training sessions, and workshops as required by the Learning & Development Team, supporting the L&D director and managers as needed.
Your typical tasks and responsibilities will include collaborating with the Leadership Development Manager & Talent lead, working closely with senior leadership to understand organizational objectives and develop a strategic plan for learning and development initiatives, identifying and developing a community of best practice leaders, aligning learning programs with business goals, executing coaching and development solutions, and delivering/facilitating classroom and virtual development workshops using various adult teaching methodologies and training tools.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess proven stakeholder engagement and management skills, effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, experience in designing and facilitating leadership/manager development workshops/training programs, solid business acumen, ability to prioritize workload and manage competing stakeholder demands, confidence to operate up to Senior Leadership level, and a passion for contributing towards the successful delivery of team objectives. Desirable skills include membership of a Coaching Body, experience in the technology/telecoms sector, experience in implementing a wide range of delivery mechanisms, and project management skills.
