What youll do (Responsibilities)

Were looking for an exceptional engineer with 1-3 years of experience who wants to build the future of healthcare AI. Youll work on challenging problems in AI agent development, machine learning systems, and healthcare technology.

• Build state-of-the-art AI agents. Develop and deploy AI workers that automate complex healthcare workflows, from patient interactions to clinical decision support.
• High Ownership. As a forward-deployed engineer, youll work directly on high-stakes client projects, understand their needs, and build solutions that solve real healthcare problems.
• Collaborate across the full stack. Work on frontend, backend, AI/ML, and infrastructure as needed. We value generalists who can contribute wherever impact is highest.
• Solve complex healthcare challenges. Tackle problems in medical data processing, clinical workflows, patient communication, and healthcare system integrations.

• 1-3 years of engineering experience. Were looking for passion and hunger to learn.
• Exceptional spark. Strong pedigree through top schools, research internships, olympiads, impressive side projects, or other achievements that demonstrate excellence.
• Startup passion. You love the fast-moving nature of startups and thrive in high-energy, high-impact environments.
• Strong work ethic. We work very hard and expect the same mindset from our team members.
• Customer obsession. Product mindset with desire to work directly with customers and take full ownership of outcomes.
• Technical versatility. Comfortable working across different technologies and learning quickly. Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, ML frameworks, or cloud platforms is valuable.
• AI/ML interest with LLM/agentic AI exposure (bonus).Experience with AI/ML is good to have but not required passion for learning and building with AI is what matters. LLM experience and Agentic AI system exposure are particularly valuable bonuses.
