Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven D2C Marketing Manager with a strong background in eCommerce product-based marketing. As a key player in our digital growth strategy, you will lead, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth & Performance Marketing: Develop and execute high-ROI digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Paid Media & Conversion Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV, implementing A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience segmentation.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Drive organic revenue growth through technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, content strategy, and link-building to maximize search engine visibility and traffic conversion.
- Email Marketing & CRM Automation: Implement high-converting email marketing campaigns (abandoned cart, upsell, cross-sell, retargeting) using automation tools to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate) using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget Allocation & ROI Maximization: Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels to maximize revenue impact.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a data-driven and revenue-focused culture.
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 4-5 years of experience in People Management.
- Strong background in eCommerce product-based marketing with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
- Proven hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Email Marketing, and SEO.
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM automation tools.
- Experience in budget allocation, ROI measurement, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data interpretation, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
