About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining code quality standards, and possessing strong product knowledge across all company offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers/engineers.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

2. Product Knowledge & Technical Ownership

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all company products and technical architecture.
• Guide the team in understanding product features, integrations, and enhancements.
• Ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution.

3. Coding & Technical Support

• Provide hands-on coding support when required.
• Assist team members in solving complex technical challenges.
• Participate in architecture design and technical decision-making.
• Ensure best coding practices and standards are followed.

4. Code Review & Quality Assurance

• Review code written by team members to ensure quality, performance, and security.
• Enforce coding standards and documentation practices.
• Ensure proper testing and debugging processes are followed.

5. Project & Work Management

• Plan and track project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain documentation of development processes and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in relevant programming languages and frameworks (as per company tech stack).
• Experience in managing development teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
