Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Trivandrum. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening applicants for job openings. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, conduct interviews, and manage the entire recruitment process.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
