Job Purpose:
To oversee FX flow sales, calling out to clients /meeting clients with markets comments and FX pricing, and managing flow of calls and execution of transactions. Selling basic hedging transactions in FX and Rates. Flowless booking of transactions in the Treasury systems. Meeting designated revenue targets
Principal Accountabilities:

Work Management
Good understanding of FX spot and forward pricing and global markets situations/developments.
Organise own client data on a daily basis relating to calls made, activity, latest pricing and client conversion from simple flow to more complex products as directed by senior management in sales.
Key focus on FX cash and FX forward sales, also on simple hedging derivatives.
Meeting clients pro-actively and pitching new deal, pricing and market situations to generate leads and transactions.
Follow strict flow desk discipline to ensure maximum pro-active client calls are made each day as well as give time and effort to expand and grow revenues from own client line-up as directed by senior sales management.
Negotiate and close large ticket deals as well as small ticket deals with the same enthusiasm and possess in depth understanding of global market trends and products in order to market and relationship manage client directly and mainly over the telephone, Bloomberg and e-mail, or via meetings.
Pro-actively develop relationships with SME and PBG RMs as well as corporate and institutional RMs where necessary)
Contribute content for each weekly publication sent from Treasury.
Target 20-30 daily calls to clients and RMs. Extract Data and prepare reports as business requirements.
Closely monitor the desk client flow sales revenue and report any unusual or extraordinary activity to senior sales management for analysis
Requirements:
Education And Experience
Graduate, preferably a finance discipline
1-3 years or more experience in Treasury flow sales.
Should demonstrate ambition and energy in their approach to career and building treasury business
Excellent understanding FX and debt products, forwards and basic options
