Your team

The Chief Controls Office is a first line of accountability function who are a group of trusted and skilled risk management experts empowering our business.

The purpose of the Chief Controls Office is to enable our business to be safe, sound and secure underpinned by strong risk management.

The Chief Controls Office works in partnership with the Enterprise Services business to deliver safe, sound and secure risk outcomes with:

• Risk management framework and tools

• Risk expertise and coaching

• Controls that are efficient, effective, sustainable and automated

• A greater preventative focus rather than detective

• Risk processes that are simple to understand and apply.

We create great customer outcomes by being a trusted partner that enables conscious risk / reward decisions for now and in the future. We support ES to deliver Safe, Sound and Secure outcomes for our customers and the community, through:
• Risk management framework and tools
• Risk expertise and coaching

Your responsibilities

Adhere to the Code of Conduct . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. Contribute to the design and implementation of controls and process maps Contribute to root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements Support the design of controls for all new and changing processes and operations Assist with the development of common templates, data sets, analysis and information management Responsible for data quality in/maintain various databases (including RiskInSite) and contribute to the monthly management reporting Responsible for capturing risks in the Risk Profile (RCSA).

Your skills & experience

•

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Desirable: 1 years’ experience in banking/financial services/other relevant experience.
