Job Title: Training, Transformation & Change Senior Manager - FCO

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team:

The Financial Crime Operations (FCO) team sits within the Financial Crime Services (FCS) team. FCS is accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Groups financial crime shared services. FCS leads the Groups approach to managing AML/CTF, and Sanctions risks and obligations through the provisioning of the following services:

  • AML/CTF Operations
  • Sanctions Operations
  • Government Agency Requests
  • Know Your Customer (KYC)
  • KYC Refresh
  • Customer Verification Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Training & Change Management to join our Learning & Development team. This individual will lead the design and implementation of innovative training programs and change management strategies, ensuring the workforce remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving global banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in modern training methodologies, AI-assisted tools, and a data-driven mindset to foster a culture of continuous learning and transformation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The role of a Training & Change Senior Manager supporting the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) typically involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business unit. Here are the primary roles and responsibilities:

    Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies tailored to align with business objectives and workforce needs.

  • Leverage new-age training tools and technologies (e.g., AR/VR training, gamification, microlearning) to enhance learning experiences.
  • Utilize AI-driven learning platforms to design personalized learning pathways and assess skill gaps effectively.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs are relevant, up-to-date, and impactful.
  • Lead the change management strategy for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions for employees and processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in business management, operations, or a similar field.
  • Leadership Roles Proven experience in leadership roles, managing teams and projects.
  • Proficiency in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Able to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive KYC training programs for employees at various levels.
  • Deep understanding of AI technology applications and infrastructure requirements
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
