Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist at our company, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance in various processes. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining training materials, conducting engaging training sessions for new hires and ongoing employee development, assessing training effectiveness, collaborating with teams to ensure training content relevance, providing onboarding support to new employees, staying updated on industry best practices, and maintaining detailed records of training sessions.

You will be expected to possess a range of skills including training design, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, instructional technology, adaptability, analytical skills, and experience with software training and learning management systems. A bachelor's degree along with 2-4 years of experience in training and development or a related role is required for this position. Certifications in training or instructional design such as CPLP or ATD would be a plus.
The job location for this role is Navi Mumbai and the work type is in-person. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
