Job Description
- As a Pre Sales Manager at Alcatel-Lucent, your role will involve providing technical support to the Business and Sales group in the Network and Voice domain. You will be responsible for delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) to customers and understanding their requirements to create Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support in Presales/Post Sales activities.
- Creating responses, budget and cost estimates for customer implementations and proposals.
- Making tender specifications and ensuring compliance.
- Conducting technical white board demonstrations for clients.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a Graduate degree with 4-5 years of experience in Presales/Post Sales in the Network and Voice domain. Good communication and writing skills are essential, and having certifications such as CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) would be preferred.
