Vertical Delivery Lead-Healthcare & Life Sciences
Location: Noida/Chandigarh/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Vertical Delivery Lead for Healthcare & Life Sciences to lead end-to-end delivery, industry GTM enablement, and profitable growth for this vertical. This role goes far beyond program management and requires a deep industry practitioner and thought leader who understands healthcare and life sciences from the ground up.
The individual will own a vertical delivery strategy, industry offerings, account penetration support, and P&L health, while working closely with Sales, Presales, Solutions, and Practice leadership. This is a high-gravity leadership role requiring strong executive presence, domain depth, and business acumen.

The role covers the full Healthcare & Life Sciences ecosystem, including but not limited to:
- Healthcare Providers & Payers
- Pharma & Life Sciences
- MedTech & Medical Devices
- Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial Systems
- Digital Health, Data, AI, and Platform-led Solutions
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences delivery and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences industry segmentation and offerings.
- Proven experience working with Sales, Presales, and Solutions teams on GTM initiatives.
- Demonstrated ownership of vertical P&L, utilization, and delivery profitability.
- Experience leading large delivery teams in complex enterprise environments.
