As we scale our global presence, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who does not just run campaigns but owns growth, performance, and measurable impact.
This is a high-accountability, KPI-driven role designed for someone who thrives in performance environments and delivers results consistently.

- Has managed a minimum $5,000 monthly marketing budget
- Can provide documented proof of ROI performance
- Has a track record of consistent social media growth (with measurable numbers)

- Can meet daily and monthly performance benchmarks

What You Will Be Responsible For
Performance Marketing & Budget Ownership:
You will be fully responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
You should be comfortable:
- Allocating and managing a minimum $5,000 monthly ad budget
- Running A/B tests
- Optimizing ad creatives and landing pages
- Improving CPL and CAC
- Tracking conversion funnels
- Retargeting and re-marketing strategies
- Reducing wastage and improving ROI month over month
Most importantly, you must show documented ROI proof from past campaigns. We expect clear data demonstrating performance impact.
Daily, Monthly KPI Accountability (Mandatory)
Daily Expectations:
- Monitor active campaigns and optimize performance
- Track lead flow and funnel behavior
- Review ad spend and budget pacing
- Post and engage across social platforms
- Coordinate with editorial team on content alignment
- Share daily activity reports (tasks completed + performance update)
Monthly KPI Includes:
- Measurable increase in followers across platforms
- Improved engagement rate
- Growth in impressions
- Increase in website traffic
- Lead generation targets achieved
- Documented ROI benchmarks from paid campaigns
- Improved customer retention metrics
- Successful execution of marketing calendar
Consistent failure to meet KPIs will be evaluated under performance review.
Analytics, Reporting & PowerBI Dashboards
You must be data-driven.
You will:
- Manage Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Track keyword performance and SEO growth
- Improve organic ranking strategy
- Monitor user behavior and conversion patterns
- Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards for:
- Campaign performance
- Lead tracking
- Social media metrics
- Website analytics
- ROI attribution
We expect you to present insights- not just numbers.
Social Media Growth Strategy (Mandatory Proof Required)
You will manage and grow our presence across:
- X (Twitter)
- Threads
- BlueSky
We require documented proof of:
- Follower growth trajectory
- Engagement improvement
- Impression growth
- Traffic contribution from social platforms
- Customer retention via content strategy
This role requires structured content planning, not random posting.
You will maintain a monthly marketing calendar aligned with our editorial roadmap, including report launches, industry insights, sponsored campaigns, and thought leadership content.
Content & Creative Execution
You should be hands-on and execution-focused.
You must have working experience in:
- Canva (designing creatives, campaign banners, visuals)
- ChatGPT (content structuring, campaign ideation, optimization)
- Basic video editing (short-form content, explainers, reels)
You will collaborate closely with:
- Editorial team
- Research analysts
- Sales & partnerships
- Design team
- Clients (to understand campaign goals and expectations)

- Speak with clients to understand campaign goals
- Align strategy with partnership packs and sponsored campaigns
- Translate technical research topics into marketing positioning
- Coordinate timelines across teams
