As we expand our global footprint across Europe, Asia, and the United States, we are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager who can build pipelines, close deals, and consistently deliver revenue growth. This is a target-driven, high-accountability role.
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving global revenue growth by selling Compute Forecasts media packs, partnership solutions, and advertising opportunities across Europe, Asia, and the United States, MEA. However, this role goes beyond deal closure.
The Sales Manager will:
- Own revenue generation
- Retain and grow existing client accounts
- Strengthen long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with editorial and marketing teams
- Deliver structured reporting and client satisfaction
This is a performance-driven, accountability-based role requiring structured daily execution, strong communication, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate must:
- Make 67 high-quality client calls daily
- Close 45 deals per month
- Generate $40,000$50,000 monthly revenue (documented proof mandatory)
- Retain and expand client relationships
- Operate confidently in a KPI-driven environment
Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Revenue Generation & Media Sales
- Identifying and approaching prospects in AI, cloud, data centers, and digital infrastructure sectors
- Selling media packs, advertising slots, sponsored placements, and partnership offerings
- Understanding client budgets, marketing goals, campaign frequency, and target regions
- Positioning Compute Forecast as a strategic intelligence and media partner
Customer Retention & Account Management:
- Managing existing client accounts post-closure
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients
- Conducting follow-ups to ensure campaign satisfaction
- Strengthening long-term partnerships through relationship-building
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensuring renewal conversations begin proactively before contract expiry
Retention is as critical as acquisition in this role.
Partnership Strengthening
- Building trust with recurring advertisers and partners
- Acting as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts
- Maintaining regular communication touchpoints
- Ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business
- Converting one-time advertisers into long-term partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
The Sales Manager must work closely with:
- Editorial Team to understand upcoming features, reports, industry series, and thematic coverage
- Marketing Team to align campaign launches and promotional activities
- Research Team to understand report insights for value-based selling
You will:
- Provide regular updates on client goals and expectations
- Coordinate deliverables across departments
- Ensure smooth execution of sponsored content and media placements
- Communicate timelines clearly between teams
Editorial Collaboration & Feature Selling:
A key responsibility includes:
- Understanding the editorial calendar
- Identifying upcoming thematic features
- Selling sponsorship slots aligned with editorial coverage
- Proactively pitching clients relevant editorial opportunities
- Working with editorial to customize offerings where required
This role requires strategic coordination not just transactional sales.
Monthly Targets & Deal Closures:
The Sales Manager is expected to:
- Close 45 deals per month
- Generate $40,000$50,000 in monthly revenue
- Maintain strong conversion from proposal to signed agreement
- Ensure retention-based renewals
- Maintain steady pipeline momentum
Additionally:
- Maintain active renewals pipeline
- Increase client lifetime value (LTV)
- Ensure repeat partnership participation
Revenue must be predictable, not irregular.
Revenue Performance Requirement (Mandatory):
Candidates must:
- Have minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience

The Sales Manager must:

- Add new prospects daily

- Segment pipeline by:

- Ensure continuous prospect movement through the funnel

Global Market Outreach:
Daily expectations include:
