Supervisor, Talent Acquisition

Job Title:

Role and key Responsibilities:

• Managing end to end hiring for the location
• Team management
• Maintain a close working relationship with Operations, and other Concentrix managers, supervisors, and consultants.
• Vendor management
• Maintaining candidates database
• Good candidate experience
• 
  Innovative in exploring different low-cost sourcing channels.
• Meeting hiring timelines.

Key skills & knowledge:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines of deliverables..
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees.
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
• Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a flexible schedule.
• Occasional travel

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in related field from a college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
