1. Staff Accountant/Senior Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting person who will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting.

• AP - Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions.
• AR - Process Customer invoices, cash receipts and manage accounts receivable.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll-related accounts, and other assigned accounts.
• Reporting & Analysis - Responsible for preparing journal entries, performing general ledger operations, monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Assist with preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements
• Run ad hoc reports from accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes.
• 
  Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Requires Bachelors/ masters in accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 28 years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA is a must.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
• Advanced level knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups

2. Wealth Management Analyst:

• Performance Reports: Regularly track and report on portfolio performance, comparing returns to benchmarks and assessing risk-adjusted performance.

  Rebalancing Reports: Analyze portfolio allocations and suggest adjustments to maintain the target risk-return profile.
• Financial Analysis: Strong quantitative skills to analyze and interpret portfolio data.
• Reporting Tools: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Addapar) and portfolio management systems.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and economic factors affecting investment outcomes

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in investment consulting, reporting and/or due diligence, financial planning, brokerage or investment management industry is preferred.
• Passion for learning and deep interest in capital markets, economy, and investing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
