Job Requirements
- Work with engineering leads, product Own feature/component verification/validation and shall drive the required quality assurance for the feature/component.
- Thorough understanding of the Product features and their interdependencies to help drive test scenarios and coverage keeping the overall product quality in mind.
- managers, developers, peers to define, build and enhance overall test suite, test processes and quality metrics.
- Conduct Peer test case /test script review.
- Assess the incoming defects and constantly push self to enhance functional, data and performance test coverage from time to time.
- Drive test automation to reduce repeat tasks thereby focus quality time on the prospective features and coverage gaps.
- Exhibit quality and systems engineering mindset and un-yielding integrity to Product Quality
- Possess a can-do attitude and be passionate about delivering high quality products and building effective automation solutions.
- Hands on experience in verification/validation of data intensive workflow applications involving health data analytics and complex data pipelines.
- Proficient in querying complex datasets using SQL queries.
- Ability to convert the Product requirements into adequate test scenarios and drive required test coverage and own the product quality.

- Strong understanding of the testing process, project test lifecycles, validation techniques and test status reporting.
- Hands on experience in functional, data & performance testing methods.
- Experience in test automation with hands on exposure to at least one of the automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG etc.,
- Experience working with one Programming skills in JavaScript, VBScript, Java, python etc. Exposure to version control systems like SVN, GIT, Rally, etc. & CI tools like Jenkins
- Strong problem-solving and data analytical skills with exposure to trouble shooting issues to drive results.
- Experience in healthcare and/or pharma life science industry with data analytics applications and big data pipelines.
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
