Job Description
:
- Freshers interested in Voice Process (Inbound Calls) are welcome.
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / 12th / PUC / Graduate.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Candidates must be willing to work in the International BPO Industry.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
- Respond to customer queries within the defined TAT.
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).
