Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Admin to join our team in Coimbatore. This full-time or part-time role involves managing and supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operation across all departments. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, enhancing IT security, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications And Skills
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve IT issues promptly.
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist users with IT-related problems effectively.
  • Experience in network administration, including configuring and maintaining network hardware and software.
  • Proficiency in hardware maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all IT equipment.
  • Knowledge of software installation processes and the ability to install and configure various applications.
  • Understanding of IT security principles to protect the companys data and systems.
  • Excellent documentation skills to maintain accurate records of IT issues and solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical staff effectively.
