Head - Human Resource - Real Estate/Hospital

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned HR leader to head the Human Resources function for our organization.
The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic vision, people-first leadership, and proven expertise in shaping HR practices for fast-growing real estate or hospitality companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
- Partner with the leadership team to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Build a performance-driven culture by strengthening employee engagement, career development, and succession planning.
- Drive HR policies, compliance, and best practices in line with industry standards.
- Oversee manpower planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance on employee retention and culture-building across projects and corporate offices.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Preferred experience in Real Estate or Hospitality sector.
- Strong exposure to managing large workforces across multiple locations.
- Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
- Ability to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive organizational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
