Position: HR Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work on diverse mandates across multiple domains and industries.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a consultancy or agency setup).
- Bachelors degree required (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for people and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
