Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panvel for an Owner at Fino Payments Bank Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive business growth by implementing and monitoring strategies. The Owner will take ownership of meeting business objectives, managing the team, and ensuring good customer relationships while maintaining efficient operational processes.

• Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing customer needs effectively.
