Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts to manage the financial transactions, records, and reports for our Real Estate company.
The successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounts payable functions and ensure the companys financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update financial records, including general ledgers and sales & purchases reports.
* Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
* Handle accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT) and company policies.
* Support internal audits and liaise with external auditors.
* Assist with budget planning and financial forecasting.
Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the Real Estate in UAE.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office.
* Strong understanding of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
