We are seeking an Accounts and Admin Assistant, preferably a FILIPINA, to handle these tasks:
- Creating quotes, delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders
- Handling petty cash schedule
- Organizing required supporting documents for VAT filing
- Responding to queries about products or services

- Assisting in staff visa processing
- Providing support to the team as required
