Job Description
- Oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting, including month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to UAE GAAP and IFRS.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to provide insights into business performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies to mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Prepare and file VAT returns and other tax-related submissions, staying updated on UAE tax laws and regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial projections and variance analysis to track performance against budget.
- Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, or other strategic initiatives.

- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations and enhance efficiency.
