Director Talent Management

We are a leading multi-brand retailer in the Middle East & Africa, undergoing a dynamic phase of transformation and growth. We are seeking an experienced Director Talent Management to architect and lead an integrated people strategy across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute enterprise-wide frameworks for performance management, succession planning, and career development

• Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy, ensuring world-class hiring practices, workforce planning alignment, and impactful employer branding.
• Oversee Learning & Development (L&D) strategy blending digital, instructor-led, and leadership development programs at scale.
• Drive talent analytics and insights to optimize pipeline health, internal mobility, and organizational readiness.
• Partner with senior business and HR leaders to embed scalable, data-driven, and future-ready talent practices across the Group.

What You Bring:

• 12+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Talent Management or COE leadership roles

  Get Hired
  within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success leading performance, succession, and learning strategies across multi-country operations.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning, ideally within a high-growth or transformation environment.
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD Level 7, Hogan, Korn Ferry, Mercer) are a plus.

Education:

Bachelors in HR, Business, or Organizational Development (master's preferred).
