Job Description
•Managing and responsible for performing system installation, troubleshooting as well as monitoring and maintaining the organization IT technical support requirement and evaluating new hardware and software at the end user requirement.
• Managing Microsoft Azure Cloud, Filesystem’s & office 365 emails.
• Managing and Monitor Windows server 2008, 2012, 2019,2022 Active Directory, Users and Groups, DHCP, DNS.
• Monitoring the system daily & verify backups of data.
• Preparing Point of sales, configuration, and installation onsite.

• Installing and configuring computer systems, software, networks, printers, and scanners., analyzing hardware and software faults.
• Biometric and Avaya PABX configuration and installation (Zktecho) ,
• Maintaining essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, PBX/IP telephone (Avaya, Panasonic), CCTV, Access Control, software, and hardware.
