About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Lead with strong expertise in IT recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and client delivery. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Middle Eastern market, with the ability to understand diverse technology roles and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
This role requires end-to-end recruitment ownership, client engagement, team coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of talent across multiple IT verticals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Client Delivery
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across all levels (mid to senior).
- Deeply understand various IT roles, technologies, and niche skill sets (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data, ERP, Infrastructure, etc.).
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social networks, internal databases, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Mentor, guide, and support junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Allocate workloads and oversee delivery metrics across assigned teams.
- Maintain high quality candidate pipelines and ensure fast turnaround on requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients; manage expectations and ensure superior service delivery.
- Conduct requirement-gathering calls with clients to understand role specifications and business needs.
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and proactive consultation to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery on all open positions with structured reporting and SLA compliance.
2. Client Acquisition & Market Expansion
- Identify and onboard new clients across IT, Technology, Consulting, Digital Transformation, and related sectors.
- Achieve set targets for new business acquisition (revenue-based or account-based).
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, hiring cycles, and upcoming technology projects in the region.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach.
3. Process Management & Reporting
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, quality standards, and documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the Middle East (UAE/GCC markets).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, tools, and industry trends.
- Proven experience in Client Acquisition (Business Development),client engagement, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership.
- Exceptional sourcing skills using advanced tools, Boolean search, social media platforms, and direct sourcing methods.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, result-oriented approach.
