We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and grow the digital presence of a leading real estate brokerage company with multiple social media pages and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple pages and platforms.
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content including Reels, videos, Stories, carousels, and campaigns.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling real estate and property-focused content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Track social media performance, analyse insights, and optimise strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and external agencies as required.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media pages or brands.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking.
• Experience in real estate, property, luxury, or lifestyle marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
