You will be responsible for maximizing throughput, maintaining plant integrity, and managing the technical synergy between various processing units while upholding high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Plant Operations: Oversee the daily performance of the crushing units and all auxiliary processing plants (such as washing, screening, or specialized aggregate units).
- Production Optimization: Monitor and adjust plant flow rates to ensure an optimal balance between various stages of production. Implement process control enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Maintenance & Reliability: Supervise comprehensive maintenance programs for all fixed plant assets, including motors, gearboxes, belts, and hydraulic systems, ensuring minimal downtime for the entire operation.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the deployment of manpower, heavy equipment, and raw materials across different sections to meet shifting project demands and output targets.
- Safety & HSE Leadership: Maintain a Zero Harm environment. Ensure all plant-specific safety systems, such as dust suppression, machine guarding, and emergency stops, are fully functional and compliant.
- Quality & Consistency: Oversee the plant's testing functions to ensure that end products—including various aggregate sizes, sands, or road base—consistently meet grading requirements and technical specifications.
- Inventory & Spare Parts: Manage a robust inventory of critical spares for both the crushers and processing plants to prevent long-term shutdowns.
