Graphic Designer (Freelance With Opp For Permanent Role)

This is an exciting design role where you will primarily be responsible for developing best in class collateral, social media elements and video content to support the business. Corporate design experience is essential.
You will work closely with our Heads of Business, Project teams, Development teams and creative agencies.
*This is a freelance role for 12 weeks, based in the Dubai office (flexible 1 day WFH) Opportunity for freelance to permanent role.
Responsibilties:
Conceptualize and design a wide range of collateral, including:
• Marketing & Print Materials: Presentations, Capability Statements, Brochures, Brand Toolkits, Templates, Flyers, Promotional items, Posters and other print collaterals.
• Digital Assets: Banners, social media graphics, emailers, website graphics, video, and digital animations.
• Event Graphics: Signage, backdrops, experiential elements, and on-site graphics.
• Motion Graphics: Short animations, video editing, and dynamic visual content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with Leaders from each business - with end to end management of campaigns, from brief to delivery .
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and innovative design solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials for each business and ensure designs are on-brand.
• Ensure all designs are produced to the highest quality standards and within deadlines.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design. Multi-skilled designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design skills across print, digital, and video graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Canva and other relevant design software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for creating innovative and impactful designs that drive brand engagement across all channels.
Bonus Points:
• Animation skills with tools such as After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar platforms would be a plus.
• Experience with 3D design software.
