About the Role
Area Relationship Manager - Agri Producer
Responsibilities
- Build Agri base of FPOs (Farm Producer Organisations), SHG (Self Help Group) and Dairy Points and other rural businesses in the area (Spoke location six and One Main Cities)
- Responsible for Sales of Agri Input, Agri Wholesale and Agri Retail Products to or from FPOs, SHG & Dairy Points with Financial Products in the Area (One Large Citys Six Spoke Locations)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing and product management to drive sales
Qualifications: Full Time Agri MBA

Required Skills
- Understanding of Agri FPOs, SHGs & Dairy Points
- Ability to establish product, schemes, processes and business plans
- GMV Handled: Rs.25 lacs per month sales
- Mandatory Requirement: Own Bike & Driving Licence; Own Smartphone; Local Area resident (5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History
- An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in high achievement orientation
