About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is passionate about efficiency, process improvement, and the latest in AI technology. You will play a key role in helping us streamline business operations by designing, building, and maintaining automated workflows using a mix of no-code tools, basic programming, and cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities
Design & Build Workflows: Use no-code platforms, primarily n8n, to create, implement, and manage automated workflows that connect various applications and services (e.g., CRMs, email, spreadsheets, communication tools).
Support with Scripting: Write and maintain basic Python scripts to handle tasks that are beyond the scope of no-code tools, such as simple data manipulation or custom logic.
Integrate LLMs: Explore and integrate Large Language Models (like GPT, MCP, Gemini, etc.) into our workflows to automate creative, analytical, and communication tasks.
Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with different teams to understand their processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency.
Troubleshoot & Maintain: Monitor existing automations, troubleshoot any issues or errors, and perform regular maintenance to ensure they run smoothly.
Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for all automated processes, making them easy for the team to understand and manage.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
Basic Python Knowledge: You should understand fundamental programming concepts like variables, loops, conditional statements (if/else), and functions. You dont need to be an expert, but you should be able to write a simple script.
Familiarity with n8n (or similar tools): A foundational understanding of how no-code automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make work. A personal or academic project is a huge plus.
Interest in LLMs: A genuine curiosity and basic knowledge of what Large Language Models are and their potential applications in a business context.
Problem-Solving Mindset: You enjoy tackling puzzles and finding logical, efficient solutions to challenges.
Eagerness to Learn: You are a self-starter, motivated to quickly learn new software and technologies.
Strong Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks and familiarity with SQL databases is a plus.
Familiarity with data formats like JSON.
A portfolio of small automation projects youve built for yourself, for fun, or for a university project.
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Application, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory if you have relevant skills.
