Real Estate Office Admin/Assistant
Job Description
ROLE:
• Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
• Screen and direct phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries effectively
• Devise and maintain office filing system
• Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
• Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit
• Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
• Contact property developers for latest availabilities
• Create and upload property advertisements.
• Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
• Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
• Edit property pictures

REQUIREMENTS:
•Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator in a real estate company
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is an advantage
•Professional attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
•Fluent in English
