Job Description
About the Company: To support recruitment and workforce planning activities, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and Emiratization objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and monitoring of workforce and manpower plans.
- Analyze staffing needs, vacancies, and future workforce requirements.
- Coordinate recruitment activities in line with approved manpower plans.
- Prepare workforce planning and recruitment reports for management.
- Liaise with departments to ensure timely and accurate hiring.
- Support and contribute to Emiratization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience in recruitment and workforce planning.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Experience working with HR systems and manpower data.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in government or semi-government entities is preferred.
- Candidates aligned with Emiratization objectives are strongly encouraged to apply.
