We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele callers (Kannada & Telugu) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers interested in services, explaining packages and offers, addressing inquiries, and driving sales. This role requires a passion for gaming, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and selling services/products.
Build relationships with prospects and provide guidance on offers to generate sales.
Keep detailed records of calls, client information, and sales status within CRM systems.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and offering insightful guidance on gaming platforms and features.
Follow up on leads and potential clients to ensure ongoing engagement and increase conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest trends, new releases, and in-game features to effectively communicate benefits and opportunities to prospects. Skills:
Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close sales efficiently.
Strong understanding of concepts, online communities, and digital gaming platforms.
Ability to explain features, purchases, and exclusive offers in simple, clear terms to clients.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with casual and professional gamers alike.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and -related software or communication tools like Discord, Steam, and platforms.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, helping to engage with a diverse range of users across different regions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
Familiarity with gaming industry trends and player behavior is a plus.
