Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
Assist with procurement, office errands, and coordination tasks.
Assist in operations such as receiving, dispatching, and tracking deliveries/shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and staff for smooth operations.
Transport of staff/guest pick-ups, deliveries, and company errands as required.
Support inventory checks and assist in basic warehouse/stock management.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle - Manual).

Minimum 2 years’ experience in admin roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE roads and basic logistics procedures.
Computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Flexible, dependable, and able to multitask.
