What This Role is About

This isnt just managing influencers.

Be the go-to person for creators - bringing them the right opportunities. You will be owning relationships, closing brand deals, and helping them grow beyond just collaborations. If you understand content, creators, and the business behind it, youll fit right in.

This role is built for someone with strong creator energy - confident, expressive, outspoken and always on top of internet culture
What Youll Be Doing

Own Creator Relationships

• Manage a roster of creators/influencers and be their go-to person

• Build strong, long-term relationships (not transactional ones)

• Understand their content, audience, and what makes them tick

Drive Revenue Through Brand Collaborations

• Identify, pitch, and close high-quality brand deals aligned with creator positioning
  
• Own the entire deal lifecycle: outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  
• Structure commercials, usage rights, and deliverables in a way that maximizes creator revenue while aligning with brand objectives
  

Keep Campaigns Running Smoothly

• Align creators on briefs, timelines, and deliverables

• Manage feedback, approvals, and final submissions

• Basically - make sure nothing falls through the cracks

Think Beyond Campaigns

• Spot opportunities for creator growth (IP, long-term deals, new formats)

• Help creators build sustainable income streams

  

• Bring ideas that actually move the needle

Stay Ahead of the Curve

• Keep up with trends, creators, and platform shifts

• Spot upcoming talent and potential fits for Kalakaaar

• Know whats working (and whats not) in the space

Work Closely with Teams

• Collaborate with brand, campaign, and strategy teams at Confluencr

• Balance what creators want vs what brands need

What You Need

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing / talent management / creator partnerships / entertainment

• You get the creator ecosystem (this is non-negotiable)

• Strong communication + people skills (youll be talking to creators daily)

• Experience with brand collaborations, deals, or creator handling

• Ability to juggle multiple creators and campaigns without losing track

• Decent negotiation skills and strong coordination game

• Organized, reliable, and quick on your feet
