About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Project Manager to join our team full-time.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, ensuring seamless onboarding and successful project execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality outcomes within defined timelines. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of technical understanding, stakeholder management, and process-driven execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

  • Drive end-to-end onboarding and deployment for new clients
  • Integration & Configuration
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integrations and setup
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Process Optimization
  • Continuously improve implementation processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Reporting & Metrics
  • Track project progress, share updates, and ensure alignment with success metrics

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple client implementations
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for integrations, configurations, and deployments
  • Identify risks proactively and drive resolution of blockers
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
  • Monitor project health, track KPIs, and share regular status updates
  • Standardize processes to improve execution efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding experience

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, SaaS implementation, or enterprise software delivery
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP)
  • Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based platforms

    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Prior client-facing experience in a SaaS company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience working with AI/ML-based SaaS products
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, or data analysis

Aiming the expansion of the activity range and further increase of the efficiency in construction in 1995 we were equipped with the plant for the production of concrete,  type ” Super mobile 500 “,  equipped with the gravel warehouse, cement 2x30t and the equipment for the production of concrete elements – type NBB blocks 9 and 20 , concrete elements for roads and sidewalks paving, type 8cm thick ” Behaton “, and the packaging equipment for cement in 50kg paper sacks, with a capacity of 3 t / h . We also produced here prefabricated concrete beams for bridges.
