Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within data centre, real estate, or technology sectors.
Proven track record in designing and executing HR strategies for multinational organizations.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and international HR standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
