Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales growth within the assigned region. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, expanding the customer base, and building strong relationships within the B2B segment, particularly across industries such as industrial equipment, power tools, lubricants, and related sectors.
Key Responsibilities::
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a robust territory sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
- Drive direct sales initiatives and ensure consistent pipeline generation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Business Development (B2B Focus):
- Actively engage with B2B clients including industries, institutions, and commercial establishments.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Promote value-based selling by aligning product offerings with customer needs.
Sales Target & Performance Management:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Collections & Commercial Responsibility:
- Ensure timely payment collections from customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain updated records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) + MBA / PGDM (Sales/Marketing preferred) or any relevant professional qualification

3-8 years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably in:
- Industrial equipment
- Power tools
- Lubricants
- Cleaning equipment or similar technical products
- Strong exposure to the Mumbai market is highly preferred
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in direct B2B sales
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the territory
- Strong relationship management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- High level of self-motivation and result orientation
