Job Description

As a Chat Process representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support through chat. You should hold a UG/Grad qualification with a minimum of 6 months of experience in chat processes. The role involves assisting customers with tech support queries and maintaining a professional chat process. For 6 months of experience, the salary offered is 26k, and for a minimum of 1 year of experience, it is 30k. The job entails working 5 days a week with 2 days off on a rotational basis. Flexibility with night shifts is required, and transportation is provided in both ways. A typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy is necessary. UAN check is mandatory.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The shift is rotational, and the workdays are from Monday to Friday.
