Job Description
A fast growing and funded player in the travel gear space is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Leader to work closely with the founders. This is a strategic and hands-on role, blending core HR responsibilities with long term strategic initiatives and culture planning.
Key Responsibilities include and are not limited to"
HR leadership
- Be the primary HR advisor for the org
- Implement HR programs in performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Work on organizational design, culture building, and engagement strategy.
HR Operations, Compliance & Payroll
- Ensure compliance
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and payroll teams for seamless and timely payroll execution.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts, documentation, and HR policies.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Curate customized onboarding experiences
- Champion a culture of inclusivity, learning, and collaboration.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead, own and optimize the TA strategy to ensure hiring quality, time efficiency, and a world-class candidate experience.

HR Data, Reporting & Insights
- Leverage data analytics to monitor hiring, attrition, compliance, and engagement.
- Present HR metrics and actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in setting up HR policies with a fast paced startup.
- Excellent communication, program management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-driven, agile, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
