Job Description
- As a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of proven experience in designing digital products or services, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to create clean and artful designs, demonstrate superior UI skills, and effectively translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Your contributions will lead to delivering exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms.
In this role, you will lead the design process for both web and mobile applications, working closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. By conducting user research, interviews, and usability studies, you will gather insights to validate design decisions. Your expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps will be instrumental in effectively communicating interaction and design ideas. Additionally, you will develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for new product features and establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
As a mentor to junior designers, you will provide constructive feedback and support, nurturing their growth in the field. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar is essential. Your strong portfolio should showcase excellent visual design skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure innovative solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your ability to creatively and effectively solve problems will be an asset in this role. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and experience designing for accessibility and internationalization are preferred qualifications that will enhance your contributions to our team.
