Were looking for a B2B retail Specialist who will own offline growth for Conscious Chemist across B2B, retail, and corporate partnerships.

This is a high-ownership execution role focused on building distribution, driving sell-through, and unlocking new revenue streams beyond digital.

Job Title: B2B - Retail Specialist

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 2-5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Time: 10:00 to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B & Corporate Growth

  • Build and scale distributor network across priority cities
  • Onboard and manage modern trade, general trade, pharmacies, and beauty retail
  • Drive corporate partnerships (gifting, wellness programs, hotels, curated platforms)
  • Close bulk deals and build a repeatable pipeline for institutional sales

2. Retail Performance & Execution

  • Own secondary sales and store productivity (₹/store/month)
  • Ensure strong in-store visibility, placement, and conversion
  • Execute promotions, sampling, and retail activations
  • Conduct regular market visits and fix on-ground gaps

3. Inventory, Launch & Channel Management

  • Maintain high availability (fill rate >95%, low stock-outs)

    Coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment and distributor health
  • Drive offline readiness for new launches (distribution, visibility, velocity)
  • Track performance and take data-led actions across channels

Mandatory Qualifications: 

  • 2–5 years in FMCG / BPC / retail / B2B sales
  • Experience in distribution, retail, or corporate/institutional sales
  • Strong bias for execution and ownership
  • Comfortable with data and on-ground problem solving
