Weve recently launched CC Collective — our influencer affiliate program — and are looking for someone who can turn it into a strong, revenue-generating engine.

About the Role:

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, community, and performance growth

You will own and scale CC Collective end-to-end — from onboarding creators to driving consistent revenue through high-impact collaborations.

If you understand what makes content convert (not just look good), this role is for you.

What Youll do:

Build & Scale the Affiliate Program (CC Collective)

• Identify, onboard, and grow a pipeline of relevant creators
• Spot high-potential affiliates and scale them

Drive Creator Engagement & Community

• Build strong, long-term creator relationships
• Keep creators actively engaged across campaigns & launches
• Manage communication across groups/channels

Own Product Seeding & Trials

• Coordinate product dispatches
• Drive trials and collect feedback
• Convert creator experience into content + revenue

Shape Content for Conversions

• Guide creators on hooks, formats, and storytelling

Who You Are

• Deep interest in content, creators, and D2C brands
• Strong understanding of what drives content performance
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
• Clear communicator who can manage multiple creators
