Job Description
- The Chief of Staff in the MD's Office- Analytics & Reporting role based in Mumbai within the BFSI sector of a Fortune 200 Financial Services Company requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a prestigious institute, with a preference for a BA or CA qualification.
As the Chief of Staff, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director (MD) in a strategic and dynamic capacity. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing your analytical expertise and business acumen to oversee key projects and executive decision-making processes. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assist in prioritizing the MD's initiatives, driving business objectives, and ensuring smooth operations within the leadership team.
Your primary duties will include strategic planning to support the MD in executing initiatives aligned with the company's goals, project management by leading cross-functional projects, and providing detailed business analysis to aid decision-making. Additionally, you will serve as a central point of contact for the MD, preparing executive briefs, reports, and presentations on critical initiatives, streamlining operational processes, optimizing resource allocation, and facilitating efficient communication among internal teams and stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution, specializing in Business Administration or Chartered Accountancy, along with 4-8 years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, ideally in financial services or consulting. Strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, effective communication, project management capabilities, and adaptability to evolving priorities are essential attributes for the successful execution of your responsibilities.,
