Insurance Compliance Officer

What role you will play in team: You'll ensure our company complies with all relevant insurance regulations and guidelines.

What you will do: Monitor regulatory changes, conduct internal audits, create compliance programs, and provide training.

Key responsibility:

• Monitor and interpret changes in insurance regulations
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance
• Develop and implement compliance programs
• Provide training to employees on compliance matters
• 
  Maintain accurate records of compliance activities
• Prepare reports on compliance status

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of Indian insurance regulations
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in compliance (preferred)
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
