The company is currently looking for a Group Health Insurance Expert Manager to AVP Level based in Gurgaon/NCR with 4 to 10 years of experience and a compensation range of 15 - 30 LPA.
As a Group Health Insurance Expert Manager, your role will involve leading B2B-focused group health insurance initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with a renowned insurance consulting firm, offering top-tier consulting, sales, and analytical insights to clients.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the group health insurance domain, developing customized solutions for corporate clients, and engaging with senior-level decision-makers to drive business growth. Additionally, you will serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, manage end-to-end client servicing, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of claims, risk exposure, and cost trends to provide data-driven consulting services. Working closely with actuarial and underwriting teams, you will assess risk profiles and recommend tailored insurance packages. Your role will also involve leveraging underwriting experience to support the consulting function and provide detailed risk assessments to aid product development and pricing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should have 4-10 years of experience in group health insurance, with a strong background in B2B sales, client servicing, and analytics. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, while an MBA or relevant insurance certifications are considered a plus. You should possess a proven track record in B2B sales and relationship management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities.
