Job Description
We are looking for a strong HR leader to join as People Business Partner Lead. The role will partner with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and culture building in a fast-paced environment.
The position involves managing a team of 34 People Partners and supporting a span of 400-500 employees and growing-.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy and execution.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor attrition and implement action plans.
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and low performer management.
- Coach managers on performance improvement and capability building.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and learning interventions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure timely execution of HR programs.
- Scale HR processes to support business growth.
- 8-13 years of relevant HR / HRBP experience.
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong team handling and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work with senior leaders and drive outcomes independently.
Compensation: Up to 50 LPA
